- 1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

https://digitaldate.net/ website (hereinafter referred to as "Services"),
the User confirms his/her full acceptance of this User Agreement.

1.2 The User accepts the Agreement by checking the
"I agree to the terms of this Agreement" box before entering payment details.

1.3 This Agreement is also deemed accepted when payment for the Service
is made through the https://digitaldate.net/ website.
- 2. Terms of this User Agreement

2.1 When purchasing services on the
https://digitaldate.net/ website, the User acknowledges and agrees that:
- 2.1.1 Purchases of services and/or goods are made for personal use only.
- 2.1.2 The User bears full responsibility for the use of the purchased service and/or goods.

2.1.3 Access may be denied if the monitoring department suspects fraudulent activity or at its own discretion,
without obligation to provide reasons.
- 2.1.4 The amount charged to the User’s credit card may slightly differ due to exchange rate variations.

2.2 Users who purchase services on
https://digitaldate.net/ represent and warrant that:
- • they will use the purchased service only for lawful, personal purposes;
- • they will not harm the reputation of https://digitaldate.net/ or its partners;
- • they will not distribute false or misleading information;
- • any issues related to the purchased service must be reported to
contact@digitaldate.net.

2.3 The User is fully responsible for any information disclosed while using the service.
The Administration may remove materials that it deems harmful or offensive.
- 3. Account Closure
- An account may be closed or access revoked in the following cases:
- • after the expiry of the paid period;
- • in case of violations of this Agreement;
- • upon receipt of reports about unlawful actions.
- 4. Payment
- 4.1 The https://digitaldate.net/ website currently operates only on a One-Time Payment basis. No automatic subscription, recurring billing, or renewal is applied.
- 4.2 After selecting a service, the User must pay for it in full. Upon successful payment, a confirmation email is sent.
- 4.3 The Company HV oden s.r.o. and https://digitaldate.net/ do not store or have access to Users’ credit card data.
- 4.4 The service will be provided within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- 5. Additional Conditions
- 5.1 The amount charged may differ slightly due to internal exchange rates.
- 5.2 By entering into this Agreement, the User confirms full legal capacity.
- 5.3 If entered on behalf of an organization, the User confirms appropriate authority.
- 5.4 The website may place advertisements or marketing materials on external resources.
- https://digitaldate.net/ is not responsible for any offers or bonuses from third-party websites.
- 5.6 If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
- 5.7 The current version of this Agreement is available at https://digitaldate.net/site/terms-of-use.
- 6. Dispute Resolution
- 6.1 Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
- 6.2 If not resolved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the competent court at the defendant’s location.
- 7. Governing Law
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
