is governed by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement located at:

The digitaldate.net website is an Internet resource that offers Internet users,
individuals, and legal entities the ability to purchase services published
on the digitaldate.net website.

For the purposes of this User Agreement:

Service Provider means the company or entity that actually provides
the relevant service, server capacity, cloud storage, dedicated server, VPS, VDS,
hosting or other digital infrastructure service offered through or in connection
with the digitaldate.net website. Depending on the specific service, technical
infrastructure and commercial arrangement, the Service Provider may be HV Oden s.r.o.
or another contracting partner / supplier cooperating with HV Oden s.r.o.

Website Operator means HV Oden s.r.o., ID 19410506,
registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 386150,
with its registered office at Na Čečeličce 425/4, Smíchov,
150 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic.

User means a natural or legal person who purchases or intends
to purchase services on the digitaldate.net website.

The User acknowledges that HV Oden s.r.o. operates and administers
the digitaldate.net website and may act, depending on the specific service
and commercial arrangement, either as a direct service provider or as a commercial
agent, intermediary, authorized representative and/or payment collection agent
of another Service Provider or technical supplier. In such cases,
HV Oden s.r.o. may receive orders, communicate with Users, process administrative
matters and collect payments on behalf of and for the account of the relevant
Service Provider or partner.

1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

1.1 By purchasing services and/or goods on the digitaldate.net website
(hereinafter referred to as the “Services”), the User confirms his/her
full acceptance of this User Agreement.

1.2 The User accepts the Agreement by checking the
“I agree to the terms of this Agreement” box before entering payment details.

1.3 This Agreement is also considered accepted when payment
for the Service is made through the digitaldate.net website.

1.4 By accepting this Agreement, the User acknowledges that HV Oden s.r.o.
may provide the Services directly or may act as an agent, intermediary,
authorized representative and/or payment collection agent of another
Service Provider or technical partner involved in the provision
of the selected Service.

2. Terms of this User Agreement

2.1 When purchasing services on the digitaldate.net website,
the User acknowledges and agrees that:

2.1.1 Purchases of services and/or goods are made for personal use only.
-
2.1.2 The User bears full responsibility for the use
of the purchased service and/or goods.
-
2.1.3 Access may be denied if the monitoring department suspects fraudulent activity
or at its own discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

2.1.4 The amount charged to the User’s credit card may differ slightly
due to exchange rate variations.

2.1.5 The order is placed through the digitaldate.net website operated
by HV Oden s.r.o. Depending on the specific Service,
HV Oden s.r.o. may process the order either as the direct provider
or as an agent, intermediary, authorized representative
and/or payment collection agent of the relevant Service Provider or partner.

2.1.6 Payments may be collected by HV Oden s.r.o. directly or,
where applicable, on behalf of and for the account of the relevant
Service Provider or partner. Such payment collection does not necessarily
mean that HV Oden s.r.o. is the final provider of the relevant Service.

2.2 Users who purchase services on digitaldate.net represent and warrant that:

– they will use the purchased service only for lawful, personal purposes;
-
– they will not harm the reputation of digitaldate.net,
HV Oden s.r.o. or their partners;
-
– they will not distribute false or misleading information;
-
– any issues related to the purchased service must be reported
to the contact email indicated on the website.

2.3 The User is fully responsible for any information disclosed while using the service.
The Administration may remove materials that it deems harmful or offensive.

3. Account Closure
-
An account may be closed or access revoked in the following cases:
-
– after the expiry of the paid period;
-
– in case of violations of this Agreement;
-
– upon receipt of reports about abusive actions.

HV Oden s.r.o., directly or, where applicable, on behalf
of the relevant Service Provider or partner, may suspend,
restrict or terminate access to the Services in the above cases.

4. Payment
-
4.1 The digitaldate.net website currently operates only on a One-Time Payment basis.
No automatic subscription, recurring billing, or renewal is applied.

4.2 After selecting a service, the User must pay for it in full.
Upon successful payment, a confirmation email is sent.
-
4.3 HV Oden s.r.o. and digitaldate.net do not store or have access
to Users’ credit card data.

4.4 The service will be provided within 24 hours after payment confirmation,
unless otherwise stated or agreed with the User.
-
4.5 Payments made through the digitaldate.net website may be processed
and collected by HV Oden s.r.o. either for its own services or,
where applicable, as an agent, intermediary, authorized representative
and/or payment collection agent of the relevant Service Provider or partner.

4.6 Any invoice, receipt, order confirmation or payment confirmation issued
in relation to the Services may indicate HV Oden s.r.o.
as the website operator, payment collector, seller of record,
agent or intermediary, depending on the applicable service model
and technical/payment arrangement.

5. Additional Conditions

5.1 The amount charged may differ slightly due to internal exchange rates.
-
5.2 By entering into this Agreement, the User confirms full legal capacity.
-
5.3 If entered on behalf of an organization,
the User confirms appropriate authority.
-
5.4 The website may place advertisements
or marketing materials on external resources.
-
5.5 digitaldate.net is not responsible for any offers
or bonuses from third-party websites.
-
5.6 If any provision is found invalid,
the remaining provisions remain in force.

5.8 Customer communication, technical support,
payment administration and other operational matters
may be handled by HV Oden s.r.o. directly or,
where applicable, on behalf of the relevant
Service Provider or partner.

6. Dispute Resolution
-
6.1 Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
-
6.2 If not resolved within 30 days,
the matter shall be referred to the competent court
in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules.

7. Governing Law
-
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic,
unless mandatory rules of another applicable law provide otherwise.
